Space rental Hourly Rates (subject to change without notice):
Single Use $40/hour + $25 cleaning fee, 3-hour minimum
Multi Use $35/hr + $100 deposit (credited to rental fees), 8-hour minimum
Regular Use $30/hr + $300 deposit (credited to rental fees), 6-month/weekly use minimum
