Breathwork with Gabby

3/27, 5:30-7:00pm

Breathwork is a transformative practice that uses your breath to access deeper states of awareness.

Through your breath, body, and mindfully chosen music, you may access altered states of consciousness where healing and self-discovery naturally unfold.

This style of breathwork is based on Breathwork Metamorphosis (from the Shamanic and Holotropic Breathwork lineage) and is a meditative and somatic experience with lots of room for your body and intuition to guide your experience.

What you can expect:

Instruction on the breathwork technique

Safe holding of space and energy

Time for journaling and reflection

Option for energy work and Reiki

Music to carry and support your experience

Processing and integration afterwards

What to bring

yoga mat, journal and pen, blanket, water
